Solvent based adhesive plays a crucial role in various stages of bonding application. This adhesives are specifically designed for
multiple industries that require excellent bonding capabilities and diverse properties. TYPE 99 is specifically formulated for these
applications.

and industrial application.

FIELD OF USE:- TYPE 99 is premium grade multipurpose adhesive, suitable for bonding porous and non-porous surface like
Wood, Plywood, Laminate, Veneer, Cork, Carpet, Foam, Rubber, Leather, Fibre, Synthetic leather, Chip board, refined or unrefined sheet metal, certain plastics, painted surface, PVC Flooring, Woven Carpets, Vinyl Flooring, Vinyl Skirting on the wall,
Industrial Genset, Jewelry box making, Fabric to wood, Exhibition Stands Installation, Automobile roof top and Seat
covers, Revolving Chairs & Sofas, Leather Belts & Purses, etc.

APPLICATION:

  1. Surface to bond should be cleaned, dry and leveled before the application.
  2. Stir the container well before application.
  3. Apply the adhesive first on non-porous material and then on porous surface.
  4. Applications of adhesives can be carried out by brush, scraper or press equipment.
  5. Allow a minimum drying time of 5 – 10 minutes. Allow the solvent has to evaporate completely.
  6. Aligned the both the surface as required and press with a damp cloth gradually. Proper care should be taken to avoid trapping of air during joining both the substrates.
  7. Apply appropriate pressure in all areas.
  8. Final bond is achieved in 24 hours depending upon the porosity of the surface.

Precautions:

  1. TYPE 99 should be stirred well before use. The lid of the container must be tightly closed after use and should be kept
    away from heat and direct sunlight.
  2. Avoid working near naked flame as the product is highly flammable.
  3. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
  4. Keep away from Children
  5. Take precautionary measures against static discharge
  6. Can cause Skin, Eye Irritations, Drowsiness or dizziness.
  7. Wash hands, face and all exposed skin thoroughly after handling.
  8. Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye / face protection and suitable respirator.
